The Victorian houses of San Francisco

Almost 48,000 Victorian and Edwardian houses were built in San Francisco between 1849 and 1915. Many of them have been disappearing but those that remain keep a peculiarity, the colors. The houses have three or more colors that highlight the multitude of facades details. This transform the city of San Francisco with an unique style.

Cross Stitch Pattern with San Francisco Victorian Houses

The excitement of visiting San Francisco began a few months earlier with the creation of a pattern in Cross Stitch to reflect the beauty of that houses.

The pattern have four houses with 3 different colors each for their facades. To highlight some elements, have an outline with a darker thread with 1 or 2 strands. There is a big difference with these small details, as they add depth and definition. A piece like this should have his own frame, like this custom one which the name of city engraved.

The pattern is available in our store and without a doubt I can affirm that is my favorite pattern by far 🙂
